I picked this trail mainly because of the great video I found and the lovely comments about it. Isn’t the varieties that Mother Nature provides amazing when you take the time to look around?
This trail is considered moderately challenging by AllTrails, but one commenter called it fairly strenuous because of the hills. It’s 5.6km, which is enough time to get your forest bath in!
I found this great (6 yr old) video by Hike Guy about how to find the trail and what to expect. I love how detailed he is with the directions. It’s clear that he recorded this in the fall, so we’d be seeing the same views this month.
Here is the link on AllTrails for more information. It’s worth reading the comments. Ron Morrow suggests “doing the loop around the pond, which isn’t highlighted on this map.” He said that there’s a breathtaking view all the way to downtown Toronto.”
