Kingsford Gardens Dog Park
Sometimes it’s fun to explore new areas. I found this large fenced-in off-leash park in beautiful Kingsford Gardens in Oakville Ontario.
This lovely dog park has an upper and lower area. The lower area can get muddy. There is a cop of trees on the right and left side, some picnic tables and a shelter for owners to keep warm and dry.
While there you can take a walk on the trails around the rest of the area. There are a number of places for you to sit and hang out there as well.
When you park there, on the left side, you’ll see Kingsford Community Gardens. In the summer, you might see folks walking by with their gardening tools or their harvest.
I’ve been there before when my children were younger and they spent a lot of time in the parkette on the south side of the road. This parkette is visible from the dog park and my children would beg me to go there so I often allotted the last 15 mins for the kids to play.
I recommend you try this lovely park. I just feel peaceful there and I hope that’s your experience as well.
