🍎 Apple Picking
This is the season for apples. There’s nothing like going out into the country and checking out some of our local farms. I grab enough apples for about 4 pies, 3 of which I freeze and keep for later.

All You Need For Fall
I often go to Christan Farms in Oakville. This is not a pick-your-own, but a country store I found one day while travelling across Winston Churchill.
Trust me, if you try and google local farms, you’ll never find this place. Most people have never heard of Cristan Farms unless they’ve been there.
Their country store had tons of varieties of apples and pumpkins. While there, I also bought a few other things like Apple Cider spice and maybe a treat or two because I couldn’t resist! I recommend this place, especially for folks in Oakville and West Mississauga. The staff there are so friendly and fun! You’re guaranteed a pleasant experience!

Springridge Farm
The ultimate country experience is what Springridge Farm is all about. They have a country store, they sell food, and they encourage you to walk around and enjoy the scenery. But the reason why I included them in this article is because they have pumpkins and apples!
