This upscale casual restaurant is renowned for its authentic Italian dishes, crafted with passion and expertise by the talented chefs who’ve worked for Pasquale for 13 yrs since Pasquale’s Trattoria first opened.

First and foremost, the calamari is a must-try. Tender and perfectly seasoned, it sets the tone for the feast that awaits you. We also had the Antipasto Per Due which was a delicious array of cheeses, candied walnuts, cured meats, grilled vegetables and grilled pear.
The Linguini Formaggi Di Capra combines spinach, walnut, and goat cheese in a basil pesto.
The crowd favourite at our table was the Linguini including pan-seared shrimp, olive oil portobello, porcini and white mushrooms.
The Penne Alla Vodka was amazing with its al dente perfection and rich flavours.
Seafood enthusiasts won’t be disappointed either, as the fish dishes at Pasquale’s are hailed as some of the best in town.
“I have fish flown from around the world,” said restaurant owner Pasquale. “My olive oil is from Italy, and I have fresh produce brought in three times a week.”
And so, of course, we recommend you try the fish. Someone in our group ordered the Salmon Special. The salmon portion was generous (two fillets) and as you can see in the photo, it was paired with four large shrimp, vegetables and a lemon slice on the side.
Let’s not forget the mouth-watering desserts! We had a wonderfully decadent Tiramisu and a light and fluffy Pistachio Cheesecake. Both were sinfully good.

About the Owner
Pasquale himself is no stranger to the restaurant business. At age 12, he worked as a busboy for his father’s restaurant. Today he runs his own restaurant and he regards his patrons as a part of his family. Most of his staff have been with him for 13 years and he believes that’s a result of good communication and mutual respect.
